Extracts up to 8 individual elements from an array or NIL for indices out of range.

	Name	Type	Range	Description
	inArray	<T>Array		Input array
	inStart	Integer	0 -	First element index
	inCount	Integer	1 - 8	Number of elements to extract
	inInverse	Bool		Determines if the indices are counted from beginning or from end of the input array
	outValue1	<T>?		First output value
	outValue2	<T>?		Second output value
	outValue3	<T>?		Third output value
	outValue4	<T>?		Fourth output value
	outValue5	<T>?		Fifth output value
	outValue6	<T>?		Sixth output value
	outValue7	<T>?		Seventh output value
	outValue8	<T>?		Eighth output value
