Gets the state of all the inputs on the device.

)

Parameters

Input will be modified
 ioState Matrox_State& Object used to maintain state of the function.

 inDeviceID Optional<const MatroxDeviceID::Type&> NIL Device identification number.
Output value
 outLevels Array<bool>& Logic levels of the I/Os.
