This is Filter Equivalent. This function may be present in generated code, but should not be used in hand-written code.

Checks whether two reals are unequal.

Syntax

Parameters

	inReferenceValue	float		Input reference Real value to compare input Real value against
	inEpsilon	float		Maximum difference between input Real value and input reference Real value for them to still be considered unequal
	outIsUnequal	bool&		Flag indicating whether two input Real values are unequal
